Refund policy

Before refunding, you need to confirm some information and make your request via email (david.chen@ymdkey.com): 

1) whether the product is send out;

2) whether the products are received or not, and whether the receipt is on time;

3) whether the product quality is wrong when receiving goods(Due to the damage caused by logistics, we will resend a new part);

4) whether the refund goods are damaged due to use(If so, we need to negotiated settlement);

5) after receiving the product and using it for more than 7 days, the refund request can not be fulfilled.

We will handle your refund request in time via email according to the specific situation, and the freight generated from the return shall be paid for you.Before the refund, it will take several days to confirm the goods.
