It's compatible with the keyboard whose space is 7u,such as M0110,NCR80.

If you can use 2u 0 to be Shift,It's compatible with womier 66 and GK64 as well.

Incompatiability

If the spacebar is 6u 6.5u instead of 6.25u,it can't be compatible.It's not compatible with Cosair Logitech Razer.

Some old Cherry keyboard whose Spacebar back hole is different is not compatible.Such as 1800.

It's not compatible with low profile mx switches keyboard,the big keys can't use.
