About Keycap Height:

15mm Esc is close to SA profile.It's good to match with most profile keycaps which is in the market.

12mm Esc is around 11.6mm which is between OEM and Cherry profile height.It can use with both 2 type keycaps.Since it's mainly put on Top row and modifiers place,so it looks does't influence the effects.

Rest modifiers keys are close to cherry profile,and the height is also between OEM and cherry profile,so it can use on both 2 type keycaps as well.For the height details,you can check the image below to make your decision.

Compatiability:

Modifiers keys can't use with low profile mx keyboard.It may stuck.

6.25u Spacebar is compatible with most standard keyboard whose size is around 11.7mm.If your spacebar is 6u 6.5u 7u,it can't use then.It can't use for some old cherry keyboard whose spacebar back hole is off-center.

1.75u Capslock back hole is in the middle.

Compatible with most Mx switches Mechanical keyboard.Modifier keys can't use for low profile Mx switches keyboard.
